Happy New Year!

Had to share this "foodie" fun... dear friends Chris and Hugh, with Chris' daughter Kenna, Laura, and baby Antonia, invited me over for a delightful New Years Eve visit. Here are photos of cooking individual servings on a Raclette (this one made by West Bend) - we had small caribou or potato rounds mostly on the grill top; then, underneath a broiler with room for eight triangle-ish sized pans - we each had two and could cook with choices of fabulous condiments.
     Wow, for sure!

And I thought it was cold here!!! +20. I shall not complain. Been away from blogs for awhile, so wanted to say hi. Then I saw your post on raclette....we did the same meal....isn't it yummy. We love our raclette machine and after the dinner, we find anything sweet we can melt in those cute little pans.....chocolate, marshmallows, you name it and we have tried it.
Fun to share the same tradition. A great January to you. Keep those feet dry and warm. smiles: sharon
