Boat Junk

Here is a teaser for photos taken today on a drive to Homer with friend Roxanne Colyer Clingman. Roxanne is visiting from Portland and has been missing Alaska where she grew up and spent most of her life, specifically the Kenai Peninsula.
We had this wonderful "window of opportunity" to do a photo shoot and after I worked for a few hours this morning, we left Kenai at 1030am and returned at 830pm. We weathered a bit of cold, rain, breeze (or was that wind) and glorious sunshine - it was fabulous having someone who would stop frequently and stay for more than a few minutes.
I am definitely looking forward to processing more pictures.
